The Member of the Wedding

I just finished watching that movie, and I am saddened. It was a great movie, but the part of Berenice Brown was overwhelming for me. She was played by Ethel Waters. The whole movie, i kept my eyes on her. For some reason she reminded me of my mother. When she cried in the movie, I cried. At the end, she made me miss my mother so badly. Right now, all i wish was that my mother was alive. I miss her.

Oh sweetie... I will grieve and long with you. And I will also pray for the comfort only The Comforter Himself can bring.

Love you and pray blessings for you.

Thanks for the leaving a comment on my blog...well, if it wasn't for my girl begging me to try 'wild plant' I wouldn't :-)

Your children are beautiful!

So you cover also?

Blessings,

Thanks Lainie and Martha. I really never mourned her because i thought that she would never really die. She was too stubborn to die, in my mind.
It was surreal when she did.

YahChna and DiddleyMaz- thanks. My children's looks are from their daddy. lol.

YahChna- Yea I started full time covering a couple of months ago.
Depending on where i am, how appropriate the situation is, etc, my headcoverings vary from thick headband, tichels, hats, or scarves.
